LOOKING TO THE FUTURE!!!!

the-futureHello Hurricanes!!!!!   FCAT Writes is in the past and we are moving forward to our next round of testing to begin April 14, 2014.  As we continue to compile the DE3 data, we will be sending the information to you to target areas that need to be strengthened prior to testing. The latest report allows us to drill down student data by skill-by period-by teacher, in one spreadsheet.  After reviewing the data, you need assistance in differentiated lessons within the classroom, such as learning centers, probe centers, etc. to target the deficit skills, contact  your Coaches. Our Academic Intervention Teachers continue to work with our students with text anxiety, testing strategies and behavior management.  If you would like to recommend students for additional test taking strategies email Ms. Hendry.  Last but not least, don’t forget our after school support programs:  21st Century and Tutorial, refer students that you feel need additional assistance to Diane Taylor. Evaluations are underway and many are being scheduled, if you need to reach Mr. Bess or myself, email will be the quickest way.

Way to Go Hurricanes… Keep the momentum going!
